Robert Hegarty
Robert graduated from the University Of Tasmania in December 2007 with a combined degree in Commerce and Law.
Robert was admitted as a practitioner in the Supreme Court of Tasmania in August 2008 and joined Douglas & Collins in February 2009.
Robert’s major areas of practice include:
- sales and purchases of residential/commercial real estate
- sales and purchases of business
- leases and licences
- wills and estates
- powers of attorney and guardianship
